Delete your account

You can delete your Ritvi account — and the data tied to it — at any time. Two ways, both simple.
1. In the app (fastest)
Open Ritvi → Profile → Settings → Delete account:
1Open the Profile tabLaunch Ritvi and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
2Go to SettingsTap Settings inside your profile.
3Tap Delete accountYou'll find it at the bottom of Settings.
4ConfirmConfirm once, and deletion begins immediately.
Deleting your account removes your profile, birth details, charts, conversations, memories and saved readings from our servers.
2. By email
Can’t access the app? Email support@astroritvi.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account”, and include the email you signed in with. We’ll confirm the request and complete the deletion for you.
3. What’s deleted — and what’s retained
- Permanently deleted: all personal data — your profile, birth details, charts, conversations, memories and saved readings.
- May be retained: anonymized analytics events, which are never linked to your identity.
- Retained by Google Play: subscription billing records, kept by Google per their own policy. Deleting your Ritvi account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel any active subscription in your Play Store subscriptions.
4. Timeline
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It is completed across our systems within 30 days of your request.
