Delete your account

1. In the app (fastest)

Open Ritvi → Profile → Settings → Delete account:

Deleting your account removes your profile, birth details, charts, conversations, memories and saved readings from our servers.

2. On this page

Enter the email you sign in with. We’ll send a 6-digit code to confirm it’s you, then schedule the deletion.

3. By email

Can’t access the app? Email support@astroritvi.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account”, and include the email you signed in with. We’ll confirm the request and complete the deletion for you.

4. What’s deleted — and what’s retained

• Permanently deleted: all personal data — your profile, birth details, family and partner profiles, charts, conversations, readings, memories, notification settings and your sign-in.
• May be retained: anonymized analytics and usage counts, which are never linked to your identity.
• Retained for fraud prevention:a one-way hashed form of your device’s resettable app ID (Android App Set ID or iOS ID for vendor) and simple counters, with nothing linking them to you, so introductory offers can’t be claimed again with a new account. This is kept for up to 24 months after the device was last seen. We never collect IMEI, serial numbers or other permanent hardware IDs.
• Retained by Google Play: subscription billing records, kept by Google per their own policy. Deleting your Ritvi account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel any active subscription in your Play Store subscriptions.

5. Timeline

When you request deletion you’re signed out and the account is locked. You then have a 30-day grace period: sign back in before the date shown and tap Restore accountto keep everything. On that date, the permanent deletion date, your data is erased automatically and can’t be recovered.
