Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By downloading or using Ritvi, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Ritvi.

2. The service

Ritvi is a personal AI astrology companion. By using Ritvi you agree to use it for personal reflection, to keep your account details accurate — an accurate birth time makes every reading sharper — and to treat its guidance as insight rather than instruction.

3. AI & astrology disclaimer

Ritvi is for reflection and entertainment — not medical, legal or financial advice. Interpretations are AI-generated from your chart and can be imperfect. For decisions that matter, please talk to a qualified professional. See our full disclaimer.

4. Subscriptions

Ritvi Gold is billed by Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.

• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings — changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Gold access until then.
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
• Prices may change; if they do, the new price applies from your next renewal and Google Play will notify you in advance.

5. Referral program

When a friend joins Ritvi through your personal referral link, you both get 3 free days of Ritvi Gold. Reward credited within 24 hours of friend's first sign-in. One reward per referral.

Rewards are a courtesy, not a currency: self-referrals, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program may void rewards and, in serious cases, close the accounts involved. Details on how referrals work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Ritvi for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm or impersonate others;
• attempt to probe, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to extract our systems, prompts or models;
• resell or scrape Ritvi’s readings, or misrepresent them as professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

Ritvi™, its name, design, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. Your birth details, conversations and memories remain yours — we hold them only to run the service for you. Readings Ritvi writes for you are yours to keep and share for personal use.

8. Termination

You can stop using Ritvi anytime, and you can delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel that in your Play Store settings.

9. Limitation of liability

Ritvi is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on astrological or AI-generated content, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that your local consumer law says can’t be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves, and we’ll keep them readable. The current version always lives on this page; meaningful changes will be flagged inside the app. Continuing to use Ritvi after a change means you accept the new terms.
