1. What we collect

Ritvi collects only what it needs to build your chart and hold a meaningful conversation with you:

• Account information. You can use Ritvi with an anonymous account or by signing in with your email. Either way, everything Ritvi holds is tied to that account and to nothing else.
• Your birth details. Your birth date, time and place are used to calculate your chart — nothing more. They power your placements, timing and readings, and they stay tied to your account. Positions are computed by a professional astronomical ephemeris — computed, never guessed.
• Your conversations.Your questions and Ritvi’s replies are saved to your account so you can pick up where you left off across devices.
• Opt-in memories. Ritvi may suggest things worth remembering — goals, dates, the people in your life. Nothing is remembered until you approve it, and you can withdraw any memory at any time. You are always in control of what Ritvi keeps.

2. How the AI works

When you ask Ritvi a question, it is sent to an AI model through our secure server functions — the app never talks to the model directly, and API keys never live on your phone. The model only interprets your stored chart: it is given the positions our ephemeris computed and asked to explain them, never to invent them.

The model is instructed to offer warm reflection, never medical, legal or financial direction.

3. Payments

Ritvi Gold is billed by Google Play. We never see or store your card details — we only know whether your subscription is active, so we know what to unlock. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings.

4. Analytics

We measure only anonymous product events — which screens are used, whether a flow completed. Your birth details, messages and memories are never sent to analytics. Ever.

5. Data sharing

Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising. The only parties that process it are the service providers who make Ritvi work — our database host, the ephemeris that computes your chart, and the AI model that interprets it — each receiving only the minimum needed to do its job.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data only for as long as you keep your account. You can delete your account — and everything tied to it — at any time, either from inside the app or by email. See how to delete your account for the exact steps and timeline.

7. Your rights

You can access, review and edit your birth details anytime from your profile, manage every memory Ritvi holds, and request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to support@astroritvi.com. We respond to every request.

8. Children

Ritvi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

As Ritvi evolves we may update this policy. We’ll keep it readable, post the new version here, and update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged inside the app.
